Most product pages list what a thing can do. This one separates the single verified send from every capability and outcome that remains unproven.
What is proven
NIKO performed one external-prospect send. The kernel operation and transaction are confirmed, Niko Mail recorded an accepted SMTP receipt, and the exact RFC Message-ID appears once in the authenticated Gmail Sent mailbox. The production projection classifies the send as COMMITTED.
COMMITTED means provider acceptance under the current contract. It does not prove recipient delivery, a reply, a conversion, payment, or a customer.
The running list
Delivery: not proven. Reply handling: not demonstrated. Lead qualification: not demonstrated. Objection handling: not demonstrated. Meeting booking: not demonstrated. Negotiation: not demonstrated. Verified waitlist close: none. Paid customer: none. Revenue: none.
Current worker mode and historical send totals are separate. The live production projection is the source for both.
What would move an item off the list
Canonical production evidence with dates and the required external proof. A verified waitlist close attributable to NIKO would meet an intermediate objective, but it would still not be revenue. A paid close would not by itself prove negotiation. Each rung is a separate test.
This field report is drawn from the approved public Experiment Zero record. Events, metrics, and chronology remain tied to that source record.
