ERNESTA LABS // FOUNDER RECORD

RICCARDO JODY MINNITI.

JAMEEL ABDUL WAAHID

The salesman building the salesperson. Founder of Ernesta Labs. Builder of NIKO.

Published 6 September 2026. This biography separates independent records, first-party artifacts, founder testimony, and interpretation.

01

The record, not the legend

Riccardo Jody Minniti is the founder of Ernesta Labs. He also uses the Islamic name Jameel Abdul Waahid. Long before NIKO, he sold property, payment services, software and other services. He also made music as J.O.B. in Reggio Calabria. His public record is not a straight founder story. It is a sequence of sales floors, projects, companies, songs, collapses, recoveries and another attempt.

An AI system reconstructed and wrote this biography from public records, founder-supplied testimony, primary creative work, source code, and observed working records. Minniti supplied facts and corrections. The evidence class determines how each claim is described.

This page is not written to manufacture inevitability. Public code proves that work was published, not that every project succeeded. Customer reviews prove that named customers described their experience, not that every transaction was perfect. A public experiment proves that a claim is exposed to testing, not that the claim is true. Personal history remains testimony where no independent record exists.

That distinction matters because Minniti's current work is built around a severe rule: facts outrank the founder. The same rule applies to his biography.

02

Reggio Calabria and J.O.B.

The earliest public creative record found in this investigation is music. Videos and distribution records place J.O.B. and BRKlan in Reggio Calabria from 2011 onward. A 2014 upload credits J.O.B., Klacat and DjFrere. A 2015 collaboration with Mr.Green and later public releases extend the catalog through 2022. Music services also credit Riccardo Minniti in composition.

The lyrics matter because they show concerns that later reappear in the company's language: work, impatience, transactions, conditional loyalty, status and the difference between appearance and reality. In one dialect phrase, non ho fantasia does not mean a lack of imagination. Minniti explains it as having no chill, reinforced by the absence of calm. Lattaria means wasting time or delaying. In another verse, una busta refers to cocaine rather than an ordinary envelope.

The relational writing makes an equally sharp distinction. There are people who wait for you, and people who expect something from you. One describes presence. The other describes a transaction disguised as presence. The phrase gusta che sciccheria is sarcastic, not aspirational: mockery of somebody knowingly participating in an exploitative exchange while protecting the fiction around it.

It would be easy to force those lyrics into a prophecy about NIKO. They are not that. They are primary creative material from a young artist. What can be said is narrower: years before Ernesta Labs, Minniti was already writing about work, exchange, control and the cost of false appearances.

03

Eighty euros and the sales floor PARTLY FOUNDER-SUPPLIED HISTORY

Minniti says he arrived in the United Kingdom from Reggio Calabria in 2015 with 80 euros and nowhere to stay. Estate Magazine published that account in August 2026. The publication is independent, but the personal history within it originated with the subject. It should be read as documented testimony, not an audited financial reconstruction.

His commercial history crossed hospitality, wholesale, customer service, payments, software and property. The sectors changed. The underlying work did not. He had to find attention, understand what another person wanted, survive rejection, make an offer legible and ask for a decision.

He also says he joined The Real World as a student and worked as an affiliate during its affiliate-driven expansion. He is explicit that he was not one of its best affiliates. A founder-controlled social profile contains a public Andrew Tate tag, but no independent record found in this investigation proves his student or affiliate status, rank, results, relationship, endorsement or continuing association. The episode belongs in the biography because he says it formed part of his sales education. It does not deserve more space or certainty than the evidence supports.

In June 2022 he incorporated 3.1.2. Entertainment Ltd, an advertising-agency company that later dissolved. Ocean by 3.1.2 Ltd, filed as an IT consultancy with Minniti as director and person with significant control, also later dissolved. A public profile described him as founder and director of 312 Entertainment and used payment-consultant and payment-processing tags. These records show attempts and legal entities. They do not establish revenue, scale or success.

04

Property: claims and customers

Minniti says he joined Tyron Ash International Real Estate in 2022 and stepped away in 2025. Public pages described him as a partner. Independent customer reviews and company social posts corroborate that he worked there during part of that period, although this investigation did not examine an employment or partnership contract.

Several campaign numbers survive in public or first-party material. Minniti says his best sale achieved £75,000 above asking. A March 2025 post on his property account described a Chadwell Heath campaign with 250 viewings and a sale £50,000 above asking. A Tyron Ash post credited him on a Godwin House campaign claiming 19 viewings, three offers and £50,000 above asking. Another credited him and a colleague on Thorpe Road, claiming 38 viewings, ten offers and £35,000 above asking. These figures are historical marketing claims, not audited transaction files.

The strongest independent evidence is smaller and more human. On GetAgent, a buyer wrote that “Riccardo was fantastic,” supported the purchase and was quickly available for another viewing and information. A seller described him as helpful, transparent and prompt. Another customer called his communication very good. These are individual user reviews, not a universal performance verdict. Their value is that real customers named him and described the work.

Sales gave Minniti both the raw material and the target for what followed. NIKO did not begin as a generic chatbot looking for a market. It began with a salesman asking whether the full commercial job he knew could be performed by software.

05

Faith, collapse and recovery FOUNDER TESTIMONY

Minniti says he reverted to Islam on Eid al-Fitr in 2022, immediately after Ramadan, and took the name Jameel Abdul Waahid. Faith is not presented here as a certificate of virtue or a neat end to difficulty. In his account, he still sins, falls and returns. The constitutional line is direct: “There is none worthy of worship except Allah.” That includes the founder.

His private history is more severe than the company biography usually permits. He reports being broke and homeless, later becoming better off, and falling again. He says he beat depression. He says he beat drug addiction. He also says that he continues to suffer deeply. A near-marriage ended. He has not seen his son in years. No child, former partner, custody circumstance or allegation is identified here. The absence is his testimony and his pain. It is not a basis for assigning blame to another person.

These are sensitive first-person claims. No clinical file was sought, and no independent verification would be appropriate merely to make the story more dramatic. Their relevance is not that suffering automatically creates technical insight. It does not. Their relevance is that recovery became the recurring structure of his life and, later, his engineering.

Minniti says the first thing he does every day when he wakes is code. That absolute statement is self-report, not surveillance. But the public work record makes the larger pattern visible: when companies stopped, plans failed or personal circumstances deteriorated, he returned to building.

06

From projects to Ernesta Labs

The ErnestaLabs GitHub account contained 33 public repositories at verification: 30 marked fork: false by GitHub and three marked as forks. That metadata does not prove originality, sole authorship, quality or adoption. Some repositories are templates, generated sites, imports or variants. The accurate conclusion is that the account records a broad period of public experimentation across web intelligence, property, lead reactivation, education, service businesses, data tools and agent infrastructure.

The public Apify identity connects Ernesta_Labs to Riccardo Minniti and describes autonomous web scrapers and AI-powered data pipelines. At the verification moment, its Forage actor showed 153 builds, 2,449 runs and five users. Again, telemetry is not a company valuation. It is evidence that at least one public system was repeatedly built and run.

By 2026 the work had consolidated around Ernesta Labs. The name is not a loose alias in this record. Riccardo Jody Minniti is the founder of Ernesta Labs. The laboratory publishes applied research, develops agent infrastructure and builds NIKO.

The current research library contains 37 published articles built against 36 source-registry records. It studies long-horizon agents, state, memory, authority, effects, learning and recovery. The value is not the article count. It is the discipline of separating a source's finding from Ernesta Labs' interpretation and from what remains unknown.

07

How he works

Longitudinal working records reveal a consistent operating pattern. Minniti has low tolerance for motion that does not change state: repeated questions, reports that avoid implementation, manual delegation where tools already exist and tests that pass without proving the live system works.

That impatience can be forceful, but the more important pattern is reversal under evidence. In one observed investigation, he treated a zero match rate as a likely correctness failure. When the evidence showed that test teardown had erased the measurement, he accepted the diagnosis and opposed changing healthy production logic. In another, he quarantined and killed a reviewer-generated credit-consumption requirement when no billing model made the requirement real.

He repeatedly separates categories that teams often blur: passing test versus verified runtime, configured provider versus working provider, draft versus sent message, interested prospect versus customer, useful artifact versus terminal result. He corrects names and project boundaries when the label changes the decision. He rejects true but irrelevant context when it contaminates the active problem.

This does not make every judgment correct. It identifies the standard he asks to be judged by: show the evidence, identify the state change, and reverse when the facts require it.

08

The salesman building the salesperson

NIKO is Ernesta Labs' proprietary product and experiment: a full-cycle autonomous salesperson under construction. It is not currently a product customers can buy. It is not an AI SDR, a lead-generation dashboard, a sales copilot or a chatbot. The intended claim is larger and therefore harder to prove.

Minniti wants the software to perform the work: research markets and prospects, decide who is worth contacting, begin conversations, follow up, qualify, handle objections, negotiate within authority, ask for commitment and close. The software itself is the deployed worker. Human specialists, tools and services may support it, but NIKO remains the sales specialist.

This ambition comes directly from his prior life. After years of selling, he is trying to build a machine that can do the commercial work he learned to do. The biographical question and the product question are therefore the same: can a salesman build the salesperson?

Nothing in the sales history, code history or research library answers that question. They explain why he is attempting it. They do not prove NIKO can sell.

09

Experiment Zero

Experiment Zero asks whether NIKO can autonomously find, win and close its own first real customer. Minniti has committed NIKO to one fair, valid attempt. Before the terminal commercial phase starts, the final boundary must be public and frozen. Infrastructure can be repaired before a valid start. Human beings cannot secretly choose prospects, write sales messages, rescue negotiations or close the deal and then award the result to the machine.

A signup is not a customer. A sent email is not a sale. A reply is not a close. Useful market intelligence is not the terminal outcome. Success requires a real external customer, a real transaction and verified payment, with the commercial chain performed by NIKO. A legitimate lost deal is not automatically wrongdoing, but it can still be failure under the experiment's declared boundary.

If a valid Experiment Zero ends in failure, the NIKO product claim does not receive a quiet second attempt under a new label. The evidence, research and reusable infrastructure may survive. The claim does not. That is the founder's precommitment. Whether he keeps it will itself become part of the public record.

At publication, the experiment remains unresolved. Readers should inspect the live state on Watch rather than rely on a static biography for operational status.

10

Wealth without worship

Minniti wants to become extremely wealthy. The biography does not hide that ambition or convert it into embarrassment. He is building a commercial company, not an anti-capitalist performance.

But the economic rule he attaches to that ambition is equally explicit: “We do not make money without creating value in the world.” In the Reverse SaaS thesis, the customer should buy the service rather than access to another tool. Real operating costs still exist. The exchange is meant to be fair, not framed as the provider heroically taking every risk.

His rejection of status worship reaches beyond economics. “Forget VIPs,” he says. “There are people. And people are very important.” The point is not false modesty. It is a hierarchy: Allah above the founder, facts above his opinion, human worth above celebrity rank.

Independent evidence establishes identity, company records, public artifacts and named customer reviews. First-party records establish what Minniti and Ernesta Labs published. Founder testimony covers faith, recovery, family history and parts of the commercial chronology. Interpretation connects those records but cannot upgrade their evidence class.

12

An unfinished life

There is a temptation to end founder biographies by making everything that hurt look necessary for everything that followed. That would be false. Homelessness was not a product strategy. Addiction was not leadership training. Family separation is not a useful origin myth. Pain does not become good because somebody later builds something.

What Minniti did control was the next act. Artist. Seller. Director. Property operator. Builder. Founder. None erased the last. He carried parts of each into the next attempt.

NIKO may fail. Ernesta Labs may be wrong about Reverse SaaS. The experience-compounding thesis may not survive contact with deployment. Public evidence does not protect a founder from those outcomes. It makes the outcomes harder to rewrite.

That is why this is not the story of a man who has already won. It is the record of a man who kept returning to the work and has now placed his largest claim where everybody can inspect it.

Not a legend. Not a victim. Not a finished story. A man who refused to give up.

NIKO

An autonomous salesperson, being tested in public.
