A public experiment with a zero in every output column is still an experiment. Here is what the zero means and what it does not.
What happened
Experiment Zero's discovery phase evaluated 102 prospects. 161 rejection decisions were recorded across evaluation passes. 61 evidence cards were recovered from public sources. 2 prospects reached contact-ready status.
External email sending remains disabled by design. No autonomous outreach has occurred. The count of emails sent is 0.
What the zeros mean
A zero-send state is the honest output of a pipeline whose safety gates are still closed. It is not a market result. It is not a failure of the experiment. It is the state of the record at the time of writing.
The rejection decisions are real decisions: prospects were evaluated against evidence standards and the majority did not pass. That is the filtering working, not the market failing.
What this does not prove
This record does not demonstrate autonomous outreach, reply handling, qualification, objection handling, negotiation, a paid close, or revenue. NIKO is designed to do these things. Design is not demonstration.
The experiment's current phase objective is a verified cold waitlist signup attributable to NIKO - WAITLIST_CLOSE. That is not revenue and not a paid sale.
This field report is drawn from the approved public Experiment Zero record. Events, metrics, and chronology remain tied to that source record.
